But, at least I am doing it. Me doing some sun salutations. It’s been about 2 years since I started my regular work outs and I had been having a lot of hip pain but doing yoga regularly helped me out so much. The pain has reduced a lot!





I prefer Ashtanga Yoga to any of the yoga forms I have tried. Its also know to many as power yoga. It gets my heart rate up and seems to really circulate my blood well And my breathing going.


There are a couple of vids vids I use regularly for my home practice cause they include the opening chants.
